Yellow Ribbon Network of Washington County Scholarship Program
The Washington County Yellow Ribbon Network will provide an annual scholarship of $500 to a military service member/veteran, or 
the spouse, or family member of a military service member/veteran.
Qualifications:
- Reside in Washington County, Minnesota, or have been assigned to a unit located in Washington County, Minnesota.
- Be accepted to attend an accredited educational program/institution of higher learning during the following academic year.
- Provide an essay on “What Service Means to Me”. This essay should be no more than two pages, and double spaced.

Selection of Scholarship Winner:
A committee selected by the YRNWC Board President will review each application and essay, and will make their selection of a scholarship winner. The scholarship will be awarded in May.
