PROJECT UPDATES: The City Council awarded a contract to Minnesota Paving and Materials on June 1, 2021.
- Construction work on the project has been completed.
- The project is now under warranty through December 7, 2022.
- If you have any questions or concerns about this project during the warranty period, please contact the Project Engineer, Mike Rusenovich.
- Individual property owner notices will be mailed out once the assessment hearing is scheduled. The Final Assessment Hearing will be scheduled for the Fall 2022 with the first payment of the assessments due in 2023.
PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENTS: Preliminary assessments have been established in the feasibility report which has been adopted by Council. The preliminary assessment rolls are available at the link at the bottom of the page and details each impacted property. These amounts are based on estimated project costs and are not final. Upon completion of the project, the final assessment hearing will be held and the Council will consider the adoption of final assessment amounts.

- Preliminary assessment for Street and Storm Sewer Improvements. $10,200. Assessment is payable over 15 years at an interest rate of 1% over what the city bond rate.
- Preliminary assessment for Public Watermain Improvements. $16,500. Assessment is payable over 20 years at an interest rate of 1% over what the city bond rate.
