Regular meetings start at 7:00 p.m. and are conducted at the Lake Elmo City Hall.  The Council also conducts a workshop session on the second Tuesday of the month. Meeting agendas are available online and at the meeting. All regular City Council meetings and workshops are open to the public and everyone is encouraged to attend. Meetings are broadcast live and replays can be viewed on the Mondays at 10:00 a.m., Tuesdays and Thursday at 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and Saturday at noon and 7:00 p.m. Meeting times and dates are subject to change due to holidays and scheduling conflicts.
