City utility bills include charges for water usage, sanitary sewer, storm water management and state water testing. These city services are not supported by property taxes. The amount paid through your utility bill covers the cost of providing these services, improvements to the systems, and general system repairs and maintenance.

City Ordinance states that if a property owner or person responsible for paying the surface water management fee believes that a particular assigned fee is incorrect, the person may request that the fee be recomputed. To appeal a fee, please submit a Storm Water Appeal.
