This historic downtown area is home to many types of homes including vintage Victorians, colonials and the classic Minnesota rambler ranging from $180,000 – $350,000. Most homes are on private septic systems, but are scheduled for sewer in 2013-14. These neighborhoods have easy access to Lake Elmo and Reid Park, Lions Park and VFW Park. Homes also surround a classic downtown business district featuring the much acclaimed Lake Elmo Inn. Students attend ISD No. 834, Stillwater School District.
