Development Applications
If you are interested in proceeding with development and the subdivision of three parcels of land or more in Lake Elmo, you must complete a development application form. All development applications are subject to review at a public hearing held by the Planning Commission, held every 2nd and 4th Monday with the exception of holidays at Lake Elmo City Hall.
