City of Lake Elmo, MN

The City of Lake Elmo’s Planning and Zoning Department manages the growth and development of the community by administering land use regulations outlined in various guiding documents and as stated in the Lake Elmo City Code.  The department is responsible for zoning, comprehensive planning, variances, conditional use permits, annexations and subdivisions within the City of Lake Elmo.
