It is a mess outside but inside the finishing touches are beginning with carpet installation on the upper floor. The electric transformer arrived and was installed. In spite of the snowy weather, crews were able to make progress on the exterior of the building. Drywall is in full swing in the Council Chambers, entryway, and stairwell. Work on other interior areas are the tile, main floor carpet, cabinetry, and 1st floor painting.
The Public Works addition is moving forward with the roof and walls.
