Work crews continued to get the building enclosed for winter. The northwest side of the building had additional concrete walls installed. The gravel base was prepared for the floor in the apparatus bays the beginning of November and finishing touches were done by the end of November in preparation for the concrete floor. Work on the interior office spaces moved ahead in anticipation of drywall installation.
