Water Waiver
The City of Lake Elmo has watering restrictions in place as part of the city code to help maintain water tower levels during our hottest times of the year for emergency response. Watering waivers are available for newly installed sod for up to 15 days. Extensions or 2nd waivers for the year will not be permitted. Please review the city code for allowed watering times and days after the waiver has expired.

Watering is on your day only - starting at 12:01am and ending at 11:59pm, not over night into the next day.
Irrigation/sprinkler watering is NOT permitted between the hours of 5 am and 5 pm any day of the week.
Watering bans will be posted here, should one be implemented by the City Council.
